Pupil Premium Strategy and Review 2019-20
Pupil Premium Strategy and Review Statement 2016-17
Within our 2015/16 budget is a ‘Pupil Premium’ of £12460 . The amount reflects the number of children on the school roll who are eligible, or who in the past six years have been eligible, for free school meals. We have tried to spend this funding in a way that will have the greatest impact on this group of children. Each year we subscribe to the Insight tracking system (£300) in order to be able to track the progress of different groups of children. Another £150 was spent on the annual subscription to ‘Education City’ which we have found very motivational for underachieving pupils. This year we will make total of contributions of around £1000 towards music tuition, trips and school journeys. The Nurture Pod attached to Bourton on the Water Primary School was established this year and we donated £500 towards the set-up costs. We also set aside £1000 in case any of our pupils needed to attend the Nurture Pod. The remaining £9500 was put towards Teaching Assistant support because we judge that this is where these funds can have the greatest impact.
