Welcome to class 4.

Class 4 have worked really hard, writing and illustrating their own Christmas Stories for class 1, 2 and their families to read and listen to. We hope you enjoy them. Unfortunately a couple of them (Charlie and Poppy TD) were too large a file to upload. So we will find away of sharing them with your families in the New Year. Happy Christmas everyone!
Tuesday 30th November, some of class 4 enjoyed a sports Hall Athletics event at Rissington Primary School. 6 girls (Aoife, Betsy, Evie, Tilly, Martha, Poppy TD)
6 boys (Charlie, Seb, Max, Casey, Stanley, Felix) competed in a combination of field and track events. I was impressed by each and every one of them and we all had a fantastic time. Particular mention goes to Aoife who came first in Chest Throw, Tilly in Standing High Jump, Martha in Standing Long Jump. Seb for coming first also in Standing Long Jump and for the girls Hopping Team (Betsy, Poppy) and the boys 2x2 relay (Max, Charlie). Well done to everyone.
Work covering the recent COP 26 and tree planting in our spiritual garden.
Last Tuesday, TG Boy's Floorball Team visited Chipping Campden Secondary School to participate in the first floorball league games since 2019. A 3-1 loss to Bourton in the first game warmed them up and spurred them on to win the next two games. Cold Aston 2-0 and Longborough also 2-0, with Harley McMinn scoring 4 and Max Sinfield scoring the other 1 in the last game. Charles did a sterling job as goalie, making at least 10 great saves and the rest of the team - Seb, Felix and Sam played with gusto and great detemination. Well Done!
Class 4 have been working with Mrs. Hamlet on “The Highwayman”. Combining performance poetry and musical instruments.
Class 4's work, honouring those boys and men that fought in the trenches.
Spooky stories and poems from class 4!!!!
We have been studying features of performance poetry and have now written and performed our own. We hope you enjoy them.
